MOON BOUNCE MUST BE PUT IN DURING RAIN - MOISTURE WILL DAMAGE THE BOUNCE UNIT
Safety Rules:
1.
The unit remains plugged in while in use. If unit deflates, evacuate unit calmly, there is no immediate threat if involuntary deflation occurs. Once the participants are safely evacuated, check to make sure the motor is on and plugged in. Check the circuit breaker. Make sure nothing is blocking the air intake on the side of the motor. Check the rear tubes of the unit for tightness. If you still have trouble, please call the main number.
2. Keep age groups in moon bounce compatible and limit the numbers of children to enter the moon bounce at all times.
Age 6 and under - eight at a time
Ages 6 to 9 eight at a time
Ages 9 to 12 six at a time
Over 12 Two at a time.
3. NO shoes, food, drinks, toys, sharp objects or confetti allowed in or around the unit. NO silly string allowed.
4.I agree that an adult must always be present. I agree the SAFETY of the children is my obligation and responsibility.
5.Flips, summersaults and roughhousing are strictly forbidden
6.I understand a $75 cleaning fee will be enforced if the unit is extremely wet and/or dirty. Gum and silly string will result in a $250 charge.
7.I agree not to allow the use of inflatable unit if winds are in the excess of 15 MPH.
YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SAFETY OF THE CHILDREN,

Delivery and Removal: Lessee (customer) grants Lesser (Pony To Go) the right to enter specified property for the delivery and removal of Awesome Bounce unit. CUSTOMER CONSENTS AND AGREES THAT ANY EQUIPMENT ISSUE CLAIMS MUST BE MADE DURING EVENT (Between Delivery and Removal times specified herein) OR THE CUSTOMER KNOWINGLY, VOLUNTARILY AND INTENTIONALLY WAIVES ANY SUCH CLAIMS. Customer acknowledges that Pony To Go owns the Bounce unit and that Customer has been granted conditional and temporary rental use of the unit as provided heron. Customer agrees and acknowledges that the failure or refusal to release the bounce unit to the Pony To Go driver, regardless of any alleged claims against Pony To Go, Shall be a wrongful taking and conversion of Pony To Go Property. Terms: I understand and acknowledge that the activity to be engaged in through my rental of a bounce unit brings with it known and unanticipated risks to my guest, my invitees, and myself. Those risks include, but are not limited to; falling, slipping, crashing, colliding and could result in injury, illness, disease, emotional distress, death and/or property damage to myself or my guests or my invitees. I acknowledge and certify that I have adequate homeowner's insurance, tenant insurance, or other liability insurance to cover any and all bodily injury or property damage that may occur to myself or my guests or my invitees from the use of the bounce unit I am renting. I voluntarily, knowingly and intentionally release, indemnify, hold harmless and discharge Pony To Go, including its officers, directors, shareholder, agents and employees from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions or rights of action, whether personal to me or to a third party, which are related to, arise out of or are in any way connected with my rental of the Awesome Bounce Unit. I agree to reimburse any and all reasonable attorney's fees and costs that may incur by Pony to Go in the defense of any such liability, claim, demand action or right of action. I acknowledge and certify that I have had sufficient opportunity to read this entire document, that I have in fact, read it in its entirety, that I understand its content and that I execute it freely, intelligently and without duress of any kint. This document contains the entire agreement of the parties. There are no other agreements between the parties. Any prior agreements, whether written or oral, promises, warranties, negotiations or representations not expressly set forth herein shall be of no force or effect. Should action be instituted to enforce or interpret any or all this document, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover, in addition to its damages, reasonable attorney's fees and cost. CANCELLATION: Please call 2 hours prior to delivery time if you would like to cancel due to questionable weather. If the bounce has been delivered to property with out a prior call and it is raining, a $15 delivery fee will be charged and you may cancel without any other charges ( provided the driver has not removed the unit from the vehicle). Once the agreement has been executed and monies paid, there is no refund for any other reason.
LATENESS: If for any reason your unit is not delivered by the above stated time, a peroration of $10 per hour, rounded by quarter hour, will be refunded via company check the following week. Drivers are not authorized to give refunds of ANY kind under ANY circumstances.
WIND: If winds exceed 15 MPH, DO NOT USE UNIT. You are responsible for the safety of the children, don't take chances.
REFUNDS: there are NO REFUNDS OR RAIN CHECKS.
